1. Look Driven.
Men are attracted to women who have goals and direction. When he asks, "What do you do?" tell him, but also add on what else you hope to achieve with your life. Men want women who have other priorities in life other than being in a relationship.
2. Be Positive
People enjoy those who are encouraging and appreciative what they have. Negative people do a lot more complaining and this just get's irritating in a relationship. When meeting a new man, tell him what you are happy about in your life and not the things that make you unhappy.
3. Show Him You're Independent
If you are able to live alone, I would find a way to mention it. If not, then at least let him know that you have a job and are able to support yourself in some way. You can also mention things you enjoy doing alone, for instance, reading, writing, drawing, hiking, ect.
4. Ask Questions and Listen Well
This is important because you don't want to come across as self-absorbed. Men, whether they admit it or not, want someone for their emotional needs. You can impress a man easily by asking the right follow-up questions or finding a creative or insightful way to reiterate what they say so that you show that you understand them.
5. Dress the Part
When meeting a new man you want to look put together and hygienic. You also don't want to show too much skin. If you are showing boob, hide the ass or vise versa. Men are more enticed when there's something left to the imagination. Also make sure you accessorize. Guy's oddly appreciate having attention to detail.
6.Clean up Social Media Accounts
In this day and age, this very well may be how he first meets you, and if not, he may look you up shortly after meeting you. Take off any uggo pics of yourself and limit the amount of selfies you have. Taking too many selfies makes you look shallow or bored, especially if they are taken in ordinary settings. Also have pictures of yourself where you are active doing things and not just posing. This will make you look like a more in-depth person with an attractive lifestyle.
7. Have a Clean Car or Purse
Not everyone cares about mess, but some do, and if so then it's a turn-off. A clean and organized person looks more successful.
8. Tell Him About Meaningful Interests
If your main passion in life is shopping, I'd find a new one. Men want women who do interesting, productive, and wholesome things with their life. He doesn't want to know about the shoes you found on sale.
9. Have Confidence
You can send the message that you are secure with yourself just by having good posture and eye contact.
10. Make Him Laugh
This might be harder to do for some people than others. A joke should never be forced but cleverly woven into a conversation. Since you are first meeting them, I would stay away from any racial jokes. Sex jokes are fine if they are not too vulgar. Often a good anecdote is the way to go.
