This basically parodies my hardcore single days when I would go out on the "hunt". I am in no way saying that every single woman acts like this. But if she does, chances are she's single. Unfortunately desperate or sad single girls are the easiest to spot. Hey, I have my days. :)
- She's by herself.
- She looks around a lot. Especially at the door when people come in or out the windows when people pass by. This is unavoidable once you are in search mode.
- She's not on her phone. Girls are on their phone way more when they are in a relationship.
- She doesn't have a ring.
- She's wearing very high heels. It's not worth the pain once you have nothing to gain.
- She's reading or doing a crossword. This is something people can do at home. Usually the only reason people go out in public for this type of a thing is because they're hoping to meet someone.
- She's dressed impeccably well. Being single means having to always look your best.
- She looks slightly miserable or needlessly impatient. It's tiring waiting for the one.
- She shakes her hips a lot when she walks. This is a way of drawing attention or sexual appeal to herself.
- In her group of friends she's dancing or is the loudest. Single people are wilder with more energy.
- She's the drunkest. Girls in relationships generally prefer having their boyfriends there to help them when they are drunk and single girls feel more of a need to drink to forget about being single.
- They hang out in groups of threes. This makes it less awkward for whoever isn't chosen. Plus two of the girls can entertain each other if the third one gets caught up talking to a guy
